Tubing is translucent and slightly flexible. Tubing is versatile and can be used in several applications, including lab, chemical, electrical, mechanical, and automotive applications. Tygon fuel and lubrication tubing is formulated to resist hydrocarbons and has a lower rate of permeation than competitive tubing. It resists the swelling and hardening caused by hydrocarbon based fluids which can lead to cracking and leakage. Its minimum extractability safeguards the liquid or vapor being transferred against contamination. Typical applications include small engine fuel lines, general automotive, lawn and garden equipment, coolant transfer, heating fuels, cutting compounds, and lubrication lines. Durometer hardness is 57 Shore A. Temperature Range is -35F to 165F. Color is transparent yellow for easy identification.

The stops on the two-stop tubing are color-coded according to tubing ID. Use this tubing with any of the ISMATEC standard cartridge pumps and pump heads. Cartridges withstand pressures up to 45 psi. Some sizes of two-stop TYGON tubing are available with preattached Luer lock fittings for added convenience (call for information on Luer lock fittings for other tubing sizes). To Order Two-Stop Tubing: Select the type of tubing and the flow range you require from the tables below. 1) In the "Two-Stop Tubing Size and Flow Rate" table, find the color-coded column to match your pump rpm and number of rollers. 2) From the "Tubing Material" table, choose Tygon®, silicone, Viton®, or PharMed® tubing to determine your catalog number prefix. 3) Determine the catalog number suffix corresponding to the tubing size for your pump rpm, number of rollers, and required flow rate. 4) Combine the catalog number prefix with the catalog number suffix to form a complete catalog number for the tubing. 5) If required, order extension tubing to match the material and ID of your selected two-stop tubing.
